Doris Scarff is a self-taught artist in Vavenby, BC. Doris started creating artwork at a very young age. Since she lived in a rural, remote area, it was one of the ways she kept herself entertained in the winter months. Her parents were very encouraging. To this day, Doris continues to paint.
